Yuneec · Enterprise drone · 2020–present
The H520E is Yuneec's work hexacopter, introduced in 2020 as the successor to the 2017 H520, the first commercial drone to run the open-source PX4 flight stack. Yuneec built it for fire brigades, police, inspectors and survey teams, with six rotors that can still land on five, a quick-swap camera mount, and a 7-inch Android ground station. Yuneec offers a 1-inch E90X camera, a 30x E30Zx zoom and a family of thermal plus low-light cameras, and an RTK version adds centimeter positioning for mapping. Its payloads also fit the larger H850. Used ones turn up with every mix of cameras, so the payload decides what you're buying.

Should come with it
Check the listing photos against this list, and ask the seller about anything you can’t see. A missing piece should come off the price.
Yuneec lists propellers, prop mounts and batteries as wear parts and says to replace props and mounts on all six arms by 200 flight hours. Dust in the motor bearings and landing gear is the other common complaint Yuneec covers.
New to used drones? How to check a used drone covers batteries, gimbals and crash damage, and Remote ID and registration explains what the FAA expects once it’s yours.
We haven’t been through this model’s listings yet. Search eBay and run every listing through the checklist above. Ask for the battery cycle counts, close photos of the gimbal, the lens and the arms, and confirmation that it’s been unbound from the seller’s account. Pass on any seller who won’t send them.
