FPV means first-person view: you fly looking through goggles at a live feed from the drone's camera, as if you were sitting in it. The only FPV kit here is Parrot's ANAFI FPV, which pairs an ANAFI with goggles that hold a phone, so it's an easy way to try flying through a scene rather than filming it from above. US law says a hobby drone has to stay in sight of the pilot or of a visual observer standing beside them, so with goggles on you need a spotter. Used, make sure the goggles and controller come with it and that the app still runs on your phone.
