Skydio · Enterprise drone · 2023–present
The X10D is the defense version of the X10, launched alongside it in September 2023. Skydio's CEO described it as available exclusively for military operators and federal agencies. It shares the X10's airframe and sensors but adds a multiband radio that hops frequencies to resist jamming, and it navigates by vision when GPS is denied. In May 2024 the Department of Defense added it to the Blue UAS Cleared List, and it's sold through federal GSA and DLA schedules. The US Army and Air Force have ordered it, and so have Norway's and Spain's armed forces. It's built to run offline. If one turns up for sale, treat it as a government drone first.

Should come with it
Check the listing photos against this list, and ask the seller about anything you can’t see. A missing piece should come off the price.
The May 2025 battery connector notice that covers the X10 covers the X10D too: connector wear can cut power in flight, and Skydio's fix is a shim. Ask whether it's fitted.
New to used drones? How to check a used drone covers batteries, gimbals and crash damage, and Remote ID and registration explains what the FAA expects once it’s yours.
We haven’t been through this model’s listings yet. Search eBay and run every listing through the checklist above. Ask for the battery cycle counts, close photos of the gimbal, the lens and the arms, and confirmation that it’s been unbound from the seller’s account. Pass on any seller who won’t send them.
