Parrot launched the ANAFI FPV in September 2019 as a smaller, lighter answer to DJI's Mavic 2 with Goggles. Instead of a screen in the headset, the Cockpitglasses 3 hold your own phone, which keeps the kit small. The drone is the ANAFI underneath, with the same 21 MP 4K HDR camera and 180-degree tilt, and FreeFlight 6.6 added Cinematic and Racing presets plus new flight modes for flying through the goggles. It isn't a racing drone. It's a camera drone you fly from the pilot's seat. The pack also came with a backpack that doubles as a launch platform, so you don't have to set the drone down in snow or mud.

The camera is the ANAFI's, which reviewers found noisy, with weak HDR, and Parrot says the ANAFI series isn't protected against rain or snow. The goggles are only as good as the phone you put in them.

Buying guide
Only one ANAFI FPV is listed, a pack shipping from France at $1,017 delivered, so there's no market to read. Ask the seller to confirm the Cockpitglasses 3 and Skycontroller 3 are in the backpack, since without the goggles it's a plain ANAFI, and plain ANAFIs here start at $438 delivered. It isn't on the FAA's Remote ID list, so it needs a broadcast module or can only fly at a FRIA, and at 315 g it must be registered however you fly it. Expect a longer wait and possibly import fees from France, and check your phone fits the goggles and runs FreeFlight 6, whose current store status we couldn't confirm.
